Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing (Iowa).
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.

• Demonstrated empathy, respect, patience and discretion in care.

Responsibilities

• Complete and coordinate accurate, timely MDS assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
