Position: RN MDS Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment in accordance with the federal and state requirements and the policies and goals of this facility.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.
