Job summary

Lynbrook Restorative Therapy & Nursing in Lynbrook, NY is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse MDS Assessor for a per-diem role in a sub-acute nursing and rehab setting.

Candidates must hold a NYS RN license with 3+ years of experience, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently or with a team. Training will be provided for the right candidate; SIGMACARE experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills; able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Solid computer skills; SIGMACARE experience preferred.

Lynbrook Restorative Therapy & Nursing has a Per-Diem opportunity for a qualified, dedicated Registered Nurse MDS Assessor.

Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.

CPT approved site.

Requirements:

Job Type: Per Diem
