Responsibilities

• The RN utilizes the nursing process to provide care to patients in all settings in collaboration with other health care providers.
• The RN is accountable for professional development and practice within the scope defined by law.
• Acts as patient advocate for safe care including delegation of care and participation in performance and practice improvement.
• Delivery of nursing care reflects KHN's missions, values and philosophies.
