Job summary

Richmond University Medical Center in New York is seeking a Night Shift RN to plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, collaborating with all disciplines on the unit to achieve optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds current NY State RN registration and a nursing diploma; BSN is preferred. BLS certification is required; maternity/newborn experience is appreciated. Nights 7p–7:30a with weekends and holidays rotate.

Qualifications

• Current New York State registration as an RN; Diploma and Licensure required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Maternity/Newborn experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current NRP and CLC preferred or completed during Orientation period required.
