Park Nicollet is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Maternal Fetal Medicine team. The RN will provide triage and direct patient care, address care gaps between visits, and work at the top of their license to improve patient outcomes while maintaining confidentiality.

We offer a collaborative team environment, flexible schedule (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-4:30pm, .6 FTE/24 hours/week), and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilités

• Provide triage for patient calls, messages, and walk-in needs
• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, injections, immunizations, and clinical support
• Identify and address care gaps between visits
• Collaborate closely with providers and clinic team members
• Provide culturally responsive patient education and follow-up
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record
