Job summary

Park Nicollet in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Maternal Fetal Medicine team. The RN will provide triage, direct patient care, and evidence-based nursing practices to support the care team and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering injections and immunizations, collaborating with providers, and documenting care in the EHR. A Minnesota RN license and BLS are required; candidates with ambulatory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintain Minnesota RN licensure.

• Current BLS provider status per AHA.
• No online-only courses accepted.

Position Summary:

Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, scope of practice, along with recognized professional standards and Health Partner and employer specific protocols and policy.

Supports multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skill and flexibility while maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting patient rights. Resolves concerns or complaints regarding patient care or service.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a great, collaborative team. This role combines triage and direct patient care to support the care team, address gaps between visits, and improve patient outcomes. The RN will work at the top of their license, using strong clinical judgment to provide timely, patient‑centered care while helping reduce the overall cost of care.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, varying days
• 7:00am-4:30pm
• .6 FTE/ 24 hours per week

Required Qualifications:

• Maintain a current Minnesota registered nurse’s licensure.
• WI licensure required where applicable.
• Current BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
• No online only courses accepted.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Ambulatory Nursing Experience
• 1 year of prior experience in nursing preferred
