Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking Registered Nurses for the Maternal Child Float, rotating among Pediatrics, Mother Baby and NICU. This full-time, 12-hour night shift role offers up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one.

RNs must graduate from an accredited program with Indiana licensure; CPR required by hire or within 60 days. Prior pediatrics or NICU experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Indiana RN license; CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• 1+ year experience in Pediatrics, Mother Baby or NICU; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per Indiana Nurse Practice Act and established standards.
• Advocate for patients and create a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Document nursing processes and coordinate with the care team.
