Starting Rate: $30.48 **Prior experience may be considered when setting rate of pay**

Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem Positions available:

Shift and Weekend differentials applied when worked.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

• Under the direction of the Nurse Manager or RN Supervisor, responsible for performing clinical and administrative duties on assigned floor.
• Supports the Nurse Manager or RN Supervisor in maintaining standards of resident care and maintaining policies and protocols to meet OBRA regulations for long term care.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Accepts and gives shift report.
• Communicates unit problems and needs to the Nurse Manager, RN Supervisor or LPN Charge Nurse.
• Make rounds to evaluate the status of residents and determine resource needs.
• Performs resident assessments.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED:

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse by the State of New Hampshire.
• Must be thoroughly oriented to all facility policies and agree to comply with all facility policies.
• Must attend mandatory in-services and retain registration with the State of New Hampshire.
