We are currently hiring for a Casual RN for Gillette Children's Maple Grove Clinic. Ideal candidate will be able to pick up at least 3 shifts per month. Monday - Friday core business hours of 7:30am - 5:30pm, 8-hour shifts. This role will support all the specialties within the clinic. At least 1 year in role as an RN and clinic experience highly preferred.
This position exists to administer family-centered nursing care to patients, advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, and/or provide skilled assistance in navigation of the health care system as appropriate to the developmental, cultural, emotional, and medical, surgical, or rehabilitative needs of the patient and their families.
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, family-centered nursing care that supports optimal patient outcomes. You’ll conduct thorough assessments, create individualized and evidence-based care plans, implement interventions, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team. You’ll practice autonomously, using sound judgment and incorporating evidence-based improvements into daily work while supervising and delegating appropriately. Ongoing professional development is encouraged, with opportunities to participate in quality improvement, pursue learning, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Compensation & Benefits Information
The hourly wage for this opportunity is $39.86 to $68.13. Pay is dependent on several factors including number of hours worked within the field, education, and certification/licensure. Hourly pay just one part of the compensation package for employees.
