Job summary

Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking an RN Manager Rehab to lead Rehab Services, plan and direct operations, and collaborate with leadership to ensure quality patient care. The role requires a valid RN license in the state or a compact license and prior inpatient rehab nursing leadership experience.

Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred, and CRRN is a plus. Join a team committed to excellence and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License required
• Inpatient Rehab Nursing experience required; 1+ years of leadership/supervisory experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
• CRRN certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staffing and direct Rehab Services to ensure effective operation of the unit
• Develop plans, policies and procedures to efficiently provide quality care
• Lead and support a phenomenal team focused on patient care

Doctors Hospital of Augusta, part of HCA Healthcare, is a 350-bed hospital that provides a wide range of medical services. It is known for its 24/7 emergency care, Level II Trauma Center, Burn Center, advanced heart care and Baby-Friendly maternity services.
