The Professional Development & Training Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's comprehensive learning and development programs. This role is dedicated to enhancing the knowledge, skills, and competencies of hospital staff while ensuring alignment with healthcare best practices, emerging industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Working collaboratively with leaders and stakeholders across the organization, the Professional Development & Training Manager designs and delivers impactful learning initiatives that support employee growth, professional excellence, and organizational success.
