Midland-Marvel in Portsmouth, NH is seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead a 23-bed Neuro Trauma Progressive Care Unit. This seasoned role focuses on nursing leadership, complex neuro/trauma care, and program leadership within a respected ACS-Verified Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Program.

The successful candidate will drive staff development, quality improvement, patient and physician satisfaction, and day-to-day operations while collaborating with hospitalists,

Competenze

• BSN is required for this nursing leadership role.
• Current New Hampshire RN license or qualifying Compact State license.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing leadership experience at Coordinator/Supervisor/Manager level.
• BLS and ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

• Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for the 23-bed Neuro Trauma Progressive Care Unit.
