Community hospital adding a Nurse Manager Neuro Trauma!

Nurse Manager (RN) to join our Progressive Care Neuro Trauma Unit (PCNT). Primary goal is to work closely with the Director of PCNT to provide leadership and direction to the entire PCNT team and to make sure they continue to deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients. Work collaboratively with the entire PCNT staff, physicians, and other disciplines within the hospital to create a system of safe, quality health care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License
• BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross)
• PCCN Certification (preferred)
• TNCC Certification (preferred)
• TCAR Certification (preferred)
• Must have min 3+ years of acute care nursing in a critical care environment with supervisory neuro trauma experience
