Job summary

Delta Specialty Hospital is seeking an RN Manager to lead nursing operations within a behavioral health and medical care setting in Memphis. You will assist the DON/CNO with directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and supervising the delivery of high-quality nursing services for assigned units.

The role emphasizes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to meet patients' biopsychosocial needs, while managing staffing and education initiatives

Qualifications

BSN or higher preferred.
Current registered nursing license required by state.
Three years as RN preferred; two years required.
One year as charge RN or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct, plan, coordinate, monitor and supervise nursing operations for assigned units.
Oversee delivery of behavioral health/nursing services with empathy and professionalism.
Lead staffing, allocate resources, and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Develop educational programs and report on program status and quality initiatives.
