Job summary

Crestwyn Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced RN supervisor to support nursing operations at our Memphis, TN inpatient psychiatric facility. You will assist the DON/CNO, supervise nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and help maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in-state as applicable.
• Three years as an RN strongly preferred; two years required.
• Two years of RN experience in a similar population preferred.
• One year of charge RN or other administrative experience required.
• BSN or higher strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON/CNO in directing and supervising nursing operations for assigned units.
• Oversee delivery of behavioral health/nursing services with a positive, empathetic approach.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and nursing standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff; identify educational needs and develop programs.
• Plan budgets and authorize expenditures; provide direct care as needed.
