Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Virginia (or compact equivalent).
• Experience in General Med‑Surg or Nursing Home / Long‑Term Care (LTC).
• Prior supervisory, charge nurse, or nurse management experience preferred.
• Strong interest in the business side of healthcare and staffing.
• Excellent communication skills interfacing with corporate clients, HR, and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Vetting & Recruitment Support: Partner with HR and recruiting to hire skilled, compliant nursing candidates.
• Business Development Collaboration: Use clinical knowledge to understand client staffing pain points and support partnerships.
• Education & Compliance Oversight: Manage internal education programs and state/federal clinical compliance.
• Strategic Management: Participate in leadership discussions to guide growth and policy direction.
