BAYADA Home Health Care in Yorktown, VA is seeking an experienced RN to step into a Clinical Manager role, leading and mentoring a high-performing home health team. You will apply strong clinical expertise to drive quality outcomes, ensure Medicare compliance, and guide OASIS documentation across the office.

Formación

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Recent Home Health experience required.
• Strong hands-on OASIS experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and clinical documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Providing clinical leadership and support to nurses and therapists in the field.
• Reviewing OASIS documentation and ensuring Medicare compliance.
• Managing care plans (485s) and clinical documentation workflows.
• Supporting onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development.
• Serving as a clinical resource for triage and patient care guidance.
• Driving quality outcomes and best practices across the office.
