Job summary

Doctors Hospital of Augusta, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an RN Manager for the Evans ER to supervise daily ER operations and staffing, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with policies and nursing standards.

The role requires ER leadership experience, RN licensure, and BLS certification, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ years of ER leadership/supervisory experience required.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) or practice and/or has an active compact license, per law and regulation.
• BLS certification required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The RN Manager Evans ER ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associates Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
• 1+ years of applicable ER leadership/supervisory experience required
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) or practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
