Job summary

HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville is seeking an RN Manager Endoscopy to oversee day-to-day operations of the endoscopy suite and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires BSN preferred, active FL RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and two years in endoscopy with at least one year in leadership; you will lead staff, implement nursing care standards, and coordinate clinical activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice and/or active compact license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
• 2+ years of experience in endoscopy nursing; 1+ years supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the endoscopy suite.
• Coordinate patient care and nursing activities on a 24-hour basis.
• Provide leadership, communication, and disciplinary guidance to staff.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager Endo has the direct line responsibility for day-to-day operations and overall responsibility for the endoscopy suite. The Manager will ensure that employees have effective management, good communication and appropriate discipline. Other duties include being responsible on a 24-hour basis for the coordination of patient care, administrative and nursing activities as well as the quality of care provided, and the implementation and evaluation of all nursing care and related activities.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred

• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice and/or active compact license, in accordance with laws and regulation required

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS required

• 2+ years of experience in endoscopy nursing required; 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required
