Job summary

Advanced Hiring System seeks an experienced RN Manager for a skilled nursing facility in the Bronx, NY. This full-time daytime leadership role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with competitive compensation and benefits.

You will oversee daily nursing operations, supervise staff, and communicate with residents and their families. You will ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to uphold care standards.

Qualifications

Current New York State RN license (required).
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing/long-term care.
Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Compassionate and skilled in family relations and support.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care.
Supervise, train, and support nursing staff.
Communicate effectively with residents and their families, addressing concerns with professionalism and compassion.
Monitor compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
