Qualifications

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing; BLS/ACLS certifications.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Minimum 3 years of Critical Care nursing in an acute care hospital.
• Minimum 1 year in a full-time Charge Nurse/Coordinator/Management role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates nursing services 24/7 and provides leadership to staff.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling and utilization of personnel.
• Serves as a clinical role model and participates in policy formulation.
• Ensures patients receive appropriate level of care and coordinates resources.
