The Research Medical Center is seeking an RN Manager Case Management to lead a team of clinical professionals and oversee case management operations. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory readiness, and participate in budgeting and performance improvement initiatives.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The manager of case management provides supervision and oversees the functional operations of case management and social services. The manager leads a team of clinical professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for patient throughput.

What you will do in this role:

• You will provide oversight for the day-to-day department activities including but not limited to, education, productivity monitoring, staffing support, communication and scheduling.
• You will have case management, utilization review and/or discharge planning responsibilities.
• You will collaborate with clinicians and support staff in designing and implementing processes to comply with regulatory requirements and assist with TJC survey readiness/preparation.
• You will assist the director with the financial management of the unit, including participation in the annual budget process.
• You will ensure the delivery of quality patient care by analyzing data and initiating and/or participating in performance improvement initiatives.

What qualifications you will need:

• * (RN) Registered Nurse, or (LMSW/RCSW-I) Lic Master Social Worker/Reg Clin SW-Intern, or Registered Nurse Diploma, or Masters Degree* 5 years experience Required Years of Experience
