Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Oregon, is seeking an experienced RN Manager of Cardiac Telemetry to lead a dedicated team of about 120 caregivers on a 28-bed unit providing 24/7 direct patient care to acutely ill adults with complex cardiac conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Oregon RN license is required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles.
• Preferred: 5 years of acute care RN experience; 2+ years leading staff with direct reports; 2+ years of cardiovascular experience; Master's degree; national certification in clinical specialty.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 Cardiac Telemetry operations for the unit.
• Mentor and develop a team of caregivers (approximately 120).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Oversee staffing, quality of care, and patient safety initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Oregon Registered Nurse License

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

5 years of nursing with progressive leadership experience

Master's Degree (preferred)

National Certification in relevant field (preferred)
