SNF- Long Term Care Facility in Rockland County, NY seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations.

The successful candidate will supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, uphold regulatory standards, conduct resident rounds, and ensure safe, timely, and compassionate care for residents.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate nursing staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of resident care standards, infection control, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing activities during the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing staff.

• Assess changes in resident condition and ensure appropriate interventions and follow-up.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed.

• Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly.
• Communicate significant changes in resident condition to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team.

• Monitor infection prevention and control practices and regulatory adherence.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.

A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Rockland County, NY, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift.

The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing operations during the evening shift. This position is ideal for an RN who combines strong clinical judgment with effective leadership skills and is committed to maintaining high standards of resident care.
