Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members. Conduct formal coaching sessions, write-ups, and regular one-on-ones to support staff development.
  • Patient Support: Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient support and satisfaction, including effective complaint resolution to maintain high standards of care.
  • Provider Support: Ensure providers have all necessary resources to deliver high-quality patient care, facilitating effective communication and resource management.
  • Team Environment: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.
  • Education: Assist in the education and onboarding of new support staff, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.
