Responsibilities

The Nurse Manager—Women’s Services will be responsible for the daily operations of the department/s in collaboration with the Director of Women’s Services, as well as providing necessary education, training and coaching to nursing staff based on their learning needs.


Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s from an accredited school of nursing required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ clinical nursing experience in labor and delivery unit required
  • Nursing Education Experience preferred
  • Current and valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
  • Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, Fetal Monitor in NCC specialty certifications

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of EPIC a plus!

Pay Range Minimum: $49.64/Hr

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
