Job summary

Adventist Health seeks an RN Manager to lead our Birth Center and Labor & Delivery units in Kailua. This on-site leadership role will oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns.

You will supervise nursing staff, manage budgets and resources, and drive quality and patient safety initiatives. Collaboration with physicians, midwives, and ancillary teams will be essential to delivering exceptional birth experiences.
