Job summary

Adventist Health in California is seeking an experienced RN Lead for Labor & Delivery and Postpartum, Full Time Nights. In this leadership role, you will mentor bedside nurses and coordinate unit workflows to ensure safe, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns.

You’ll perform maternal-fetal assessments, administer medications, support deliveries, oversee postpartum recovery and newborn care, and educate patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a faith-based setting.

Qualifications

• RN license and leadership experience in Labor & Delivery or postpartum units.
• Strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
• Coordinate unit workflows and mentor bedside nurses.
