Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions; document changes.
• Document in EMR and follow clinical policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Transcribe, receive, and execute physicians' orders; update care plan.
• Direct and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care.
