The Carlyle at Stonebridge Park in Southlake, TX is seeking an experienced LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to join Cantex Continuing Care Network. You will oversee patient care within the scope of your licensure and supervise CNA staff to ensure high-quality services.

Responsibilities include administering medications, implementing care plans, documenting assessments in the EMR, and reporting changes promptly per policy and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license.
• Oversee patient care within the scope of licensure.
• Document in EMR per policy and state/federal guidelines.
