Job summary

Varco Home Health in Magnolia, TX is seeking a PRN RN to provide one-on-one in-home care across Magnolia and surrounding areas. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer skilled nursing care, educate families, and update progress reports while maintaining compliance with standards.

The role offers a flexible, self-managed schedule, autonomy, and meaningful patient-centered work in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Texas RN license required.
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
