$40,000 - $75,000 annually

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct, personalized medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, following physician-approved care plans.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Educate family members on clinical care to promote positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative measures to maintain high-quality care.
