Job summary

Coronado Care Center in Portales, NM is seeking compassionate LVNs or RNs for night shifts. We welcome both part-time and full-time applicants and will work with your schedule to provide consistent, patient‑focused care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LVN or RN program in the state of practice or holds a multi state license.
• Prefer two years of experience in long-term care but will work with new grads
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team.
• Records the administration of medication or any change in patient condition.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed.
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
