Job summary

Healthcare Center of Orange County is seeking a Full-Time LVN or RN MDS Coordinator for our Skilled Nursing Facility in California. The main duty is to perform assessments of new patients and transmit MDS report forms for billing purposes.

Qualifications include current LVN or RN license, a minimum of 2 years’ MDS experience in a skilled nursing setting; MDS Certification is preferred. Strong communication, interviewing and organizational skills, plus attention to detail are essential.
