Job summary

Healthcare Center of Orange County is seeking a Full-Time LVN or RN MDS Coordinator for our Skilled Nursing Facility in California. The main duty is to perform assessments of new patients and transmit MDS report forms for billing purposes.

Qualifications include current LVN or RN license, a minimum of 2 years’ MDS experience in a skilled nursing setting; MDS Certification is preferred. Strong communication, interviewing and organizational skills, plus attention to detail are essential.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $40.00 to $55.00 hourly. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

• Must be currently licensed as an LVN or RN in good standing with a minimum of 2 years of MDS experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• MDS Certification is preferred. Must possess basic knowledge of Medicare guidelines. Candidate must have very good communication, interviewing, and organizational skills, as well be very attentive to detail and be very accurate
