Job summary

Cantex is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse at Bel Air at Teravista in Round Rock, TX 78665. This full-time overnight role focuses on supervising nursing care and implementing individualized care plans.

You will observe patient conditions, document assessments in the EMR, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and supervise CNA staff to ensure the highest possible patient well-being.

Qualifications: Responsibilities:

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
