Qualifications

• Valid RN/LVN/LPN license in Texas.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care within the scope of RN/LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and document changes per policies and regulations.
• Perform EMR documentation related to patient assessment and condition changes.
• Implement care plans and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise CNA staff to ensure appropriate delivery of clinical care.
