Pay Range

This range is provided by First Step's Nursing and Therapy Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct patient care in patients' residences.
  2. Independently perform the nursing process, assess patient conditions, chart observations, and evaluate vital signs and medication reviews.
  3. Implement care plans provided by clinicians and ensure timely documentation via e-charting system.
  4. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
  5. Observe, assess, and report changes in patient conditions to supervisors or physicians.
  6. Educate and support families and caregivers.
Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered Texas RN or LVN license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, transfers, kneeling, and standing.
  • Pediatrics experience is preferred but not required. Training provided.
