Pay Range

This range is provided by First Step's Nursing and Therapy Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in patients' residences.
• Assess patients’ conditions during visits and document observations.
• Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review.
• Implement the plan of care provided by the clinician.
• Submit timely documentation via the e-charting system.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Monitor medications and take appropriate nursing actions.
• Educate and support families and caregivers.

Minimum Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Texas RN or LVN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, transfers, kneeling, and standing.
• Pediatrics experience is recommended but not required; training provided.
