Arcadia Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment and participate in ongoing growth, training and development.

Salary ranges $40-$45/hour. The role includes conducting resident assessments, developing care plans with other healthcare professionals, coordinating with the IDT to optimize outcomes, supervising CNAs, and ensuring compliance with IDPH/CMS.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.
