Arcadia LTC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative, team-based environment. The role offers salary ranges of $40-$45 per hour and opportunities for growth, training, and supportive leadership.

The RN will conduct resident assessments, develop care plans with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with the IDT to optimize outcomes, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS standards.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Residents assessments.
• Care Plan development by collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
