The Arc is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a collaborative, team-based care team. The RN will perform resident assessments, develop care plans with input from healthcare professionals, coordinate with the IDT to optimize outcomes, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS standards.

Salary is $46.00/hour with opportunities for growth, training, and supportive leadership. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options in a facility dedicated to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
