Job summary

Essentia Living Center in Fosston, MN seeks an RN or LPN to provide resident care on 12-hour night shifts (6 pm–6 am) for about 30 hours weekly. The role includes every third weekend and a holiday rotation, with a generous night diff of $5.50/hr.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, with delegation to licensed staff as appropriate. Current RN/LPN license and BCLS within 1 month are required; 0.9 FTE with a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure in appropriate state(s) of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
• Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to serve at Essentia Living Center, our long-term care facility in Fosston, Minnesota. This RN or LPN works 12-hour shifts, 6 pm to 6 am, an average of 30 hours per week. Every third weekend and a holiday rotation are required. Generous night shift differential - $5.50/hr
