Lake Ridge Center in Moses Lake, WA is seeking an evening shift Registered Nurse (2p-10:30p) to join a secure Alzheimer's/dementia care unit. This full-time in-office role operates on a 4-on, 2-off rotation with potential overtime.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, administering medications, documenting meticulously, coordinating with the care team, and educating residents and families. On-site collaboration and a competitive base salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with active WA license.
• LTC experience required.
• Ability to monitor meds and vital signs accurately.
• Document accurately and comply with facility policies.

Lake Ridge Center is an Alzheimer's/Dementia specialty care center. Our center is completely secured, with each unit also secured. Each unit averages 28-36 patients, mostly long-term care. We are looking for a evening shift RN (2p-1030p) working a 4 on, 2 off rotation. There is potential for overtime.
