Job summary

Vibra Travels, part of Vibra Healthcare, LLC, is seeking an LTAC RN for night shifts at select facilities in Willingboro, NJ. This position features a 3x12 schedule and a travel-friendly program with a weekly rate of $2,224.

You will provide direct patient care, supervise nursing staff, and uphold hospital standards while traveling as needed. Licensure, recent acute care experience, and travel ability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 1 year as Registered Nurse; current RN license.
• Recent acute care experience; LTAC and ICU/Med/Surg/Telemetry preferred.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel to various facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and revises plan of care for assigned patients and families.
• Supervises nursing staff, delegates and oversees care delivery.
• Promotes quality of care and professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care of assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. The provision of care includes direct care along with the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships and utilizing professional skills; fulfilling responsibilities of the role of the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty.

Position Supervisory Responsibilties:

Supervises the following positions: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year as Registered Nurse required, but may vary by client and setting
• Recent acute care experience required; LTAC experience preferred
• ICU, Med Surg and Telemetry experience strongly preferred
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients.
• Additional certifications may be required by some clients.
