Job summary

Vibra Travels is seeking a Registered Nurse for long-term acute care facilities across Missouri. You will join a single recruiter from start to finish and select local or non-local assignments.

Responsibilities include developing plans of care, supervising nursing staff, and delivering high-quality patient care. Applicants must hold an active RN license and a valid driver's license; travel by air/ground is expected. Vibra offers competitive pay and license reimbursement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Summary: Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care of assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. The provision of care includes direct care along with the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships and utilizing professional skills; fulfilling responsibilities of the role of the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty.

Position Supervisory Responsibilties: Supervises the following positions: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year as Registered Nurse required, but may vary by client and setting

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients.
• Additional certifications may be required by some clients.
