Avir Vista is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Wound Care Nurse in Texas to maintain skin integrity, administer physician-prescribed treatments, and ensure accurate documentation in line with professional standards.
The role supports building a high-performing wound care team, collaborates with physicians and care staff, and upholds infection control and regulatory requirements in a long-term care setting.
We are searching for an experienced Wound Care Nurse who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose of this role is to maintain skin integrity, administer physician-prescribed treatments, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards.

Minimum of one year of experience in a wound care capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
