Job summary

Brookside Rehab & Nursing Center in Warrenton, VA is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Weekend Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate admissions and discharges, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting teamwork and compassionate care. The role is part-time, every other weekend, with shifts 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 PM–11:00 PM, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff and CNAs.
• Ensuring quality resident care and promoting positive teamwork.
• Responding to resident needs and clinical concerns promptly.
• Providing guidance and support during shifts.
• Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Communicating with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and clinical documentation as needed.
• Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care.

RN or LPN Weekend Nursing Supervisor

Brookside Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Weekend Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and ensure exceptional care for our residents. If you're a compassionate nurse who enjoys leading a team and making a difference, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Every Other Weekend
• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM OR 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff and nursing assistants.
• Ensuring quality resident care while promoting a positive team environment.
• Responding to resident needs and clinical concerns in a timely manner.
• Providing guidance and support to staff throughout the shift.
• Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Communicating effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, incident follow-up, and clinical documentation as needed.
• Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation
