Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Transcribe and coordinate physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments and update physician on changes.
• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments.
• Institute nursing interventions to stabilize residents.
• Supervise RNs, CMAs and CNAs.
